Car falling apart BUG: 

Our builds have the physics engine addon missing, which is apparently not included in the executables. Sorry for the inconvenience, here is an updated link for LINUX and WINDOWS. Both zips have the same executable as the one above which was submitted on time, it only includes the Rapier2D physics lib as an .so and .dll. These files have to remain next to the executable.

Grandpa's Hill Racer

It's time to visit Grandpa. Construct a vehicle and make your way up the mountain!

This game is part of the GMTK Gamejam 2024. Please consider downloading the game and leaving some feedback :) Unfortunately, we saw at the end of the jam, that some of the Godot plugins we used don't work on the Web build (SmartShape2D and the physics engine).

It was made by Brutenis Gliwa and Marian Zuska. We hope you enjoy it! :)

Controls

Building:

• 1-6: choose block
• Left mouse button: place block
• Mouse wheel / Q or E: rotate block
• F / Enter : start driving
• Hold (Space or Middle mouse button) + move mouse: pan camera to look at level

Driving

• A / Left arrow: move left
• D / Right arrow: move right
• W / Up arrow: rotate right
• S / Down arrow: rotate left
• R / Backspace: reset
• Space: rocket boost (if available)
• Q: use spring to jump (if available)
• E: release mini car (if available)
